Frequently Asked Questions

  • First and foremost, we take pride in our customer service. As such, we would love to get to know you and your projects you’re working on to best help understand what equipment you might need. Once you are ready, we need a copy of your driver’s license, and a $100 deposit to hold the reservation. If you will be picking up the equipment yourself, we also require a three-quarter ton truck or bigger (like an F250 or bigger). And lastly, we do have a contract that will be signed electronically through a text on your phone.

  • Yes, we need a copy of our driver’s license. This helps us know you are legally authorized to drive and operate vehicles including our machines. It also helps provide us with your address and photo for our records.
